Tonja has been a Turning Pointe instructor for over 15 years and specializes in ballet and lyrical dance for teens and adults. Having begun dancing as an adult herself she holds a unique perceptive. She offers each of her students the skills and encouragement they need to feel accomplished and find the greatest joy from their dance experience.
Lindsey started dancing with Turning Pointe in 2004 and has been a valued member of staff for the past 11 years. She has instructed jazz, lyrical, ballet, tap and pointe. She is currently our advanced pointe instructor and brings her years of experience and choreographic skills to her students. She considers it a privilege to share the gift of dance with her students.
Laura has been a part of the Turning Pointe Family for 20 years. She has had a lifelong love for music, theatre, and dance. She has wonderful gifts for teaching our tiniest ballerinas and tappers as well as our most advanced tap dancers. We are blessed to have her skill and spirit on our staff.
Becca has been dancing since the age of 3 and has loved the opportunity to share her lifelong love of dance with her students. As an instructor she feels that the most important thing is for her students to love what they are doing. She has been a wonderful addition to our staff.
Lexi grew up dancing with our Turning Pointe Family. She joined our teaching staff 7 years ago and enjoys sharing her smiles, enthusiasm, and experience with her students. This year she instructs tap and Liturgical, leading dancers in using their love of dance as a ministry to share the name of Jesus and bless others.
Rachel has been a part of the Turning Pointe Family for many years and has taught in previous years. We are so pleased to have her return following her post-graduate studies. She is currently instructor to our pre-ballerinas and preteen lyrical and ballet students. Rachel is ready to love on her students and grow their love of dance.
Rafaela is blessed to share her love of dance with her students. She began instructing at Turning Pointe 16 years ago and took over management of the studio in 2010. Having trained in many genres she teaches a variety of ages and styles of dance. She believes in providing each student with a challenge but also something which they can feel good about each week.
Barbara has vast experience having previously owned and operated two of her own successful businesses. Not being one to officially "retire" she has been thrilled to work at the studio and share in the beautiful smiles of our dancers. She enjoys visiting parents and students alike.
